This program includes a 6-day trip to Windsor Mountain, where participants take part in guided activities that teach teamwork, communication, and responsibility.
The program is available to teens who live near Mendham Borough, NJ, and is led jointly by Tamarack staff and the Windsor Mountain team. Throughout the trip, teens learn how to manage group tasks, support one another, and take initiative in new situations. Hiking and camping are incorporated to help participants practice decision-making and problem-solving in a hands-on setting.
