Over the course of six days at Windsor Mountain, participants take part in a structured program led by both Tamarack Day Camp and Windsor Mountain staff. Together, they focus on developing essential skills such as leadership, communication, and accountability, while learning what it means to work effectively within a group.
Located near Jefferson Township, NJ, Tamarack’s program goes beyond traditional camp activities. Teens engage in hiking, camping, and problem-solving experiences that teach independence and perseverance. Each task is designed to encourage them to step outside their comfort zones, discover their strengths, and understand the value of teamwork in achieving shared goals.
