Tamarack Day Camp’s Leaders-in-Training (LIT) program is specifically built for rising 10th graders, offering 16–17-year-olds a focused opportunity to develop leadership and communication skills. Developed in partnership between Tamarack Day Camp and Windsor Mountain staff, this program gives teens near Chester Borough, NJ the opportunity to build real leadership and teamwork skills in a setting that demands active participation and accountability.
