Tamarack Day Camp, situated in the heart of Succasunna, offers an exceptional Teen Travel Program that captivates 13 to 15-year-olds from Succasunna and surrounding communities. Designed for 7th, 8th, and 9th graders, the program expertly combines the essence of traditional camping with exciting day trips. On camp days, our teens engage in a variety of structured activities under the guidance of our dedicated counselors. They enjoy free swim, tackle adventurous ropes courses, and immerse themselves in a wide array of athletic and creative workshops.

When traveling, participants strictly follow the Tamarack Travel Protocols to ensure their safety. Both teens and their parents are obliged to agree to our Teen Travel Behavior Contract, underscoring our commitment to safety and responsible conduct. Like all programs at Tamarack, the Teen Travel Program is meticulously overseen by a Division Head, ensuring seamless integration of camp and travel experiences. Our Teen Staff, specially trained to navigate the complexities of supervising young teens in public venues, play a crucial role in managing the program’s unique challenges.
