Summer camp for 7th-8th & 9th graders 13-14-15 year olds near Ledgewood

Tamarack Day Camp’s Teen Travel Program is tailored for 13 to 15-year-olds, offering a dynamic blend of in-camp activities and travel experiences, ideal for 7th, 8th, and 9th graders. Located near Ledgewood, NJ, our program combines the fun of traditional camp days with exciting day trips.

During camp days, teens engage in a variety of activities including swimming, ropes courses, and various athletic and artistic endeavors, all under the guidance of our skilled counselors. Travel days are conducted with the highest safety standards, following our Tamarack Travel Protocols. Both teens and their parents are required to sign a Teen Travel Behavior Contract to ensure everyone’s commitment to safety and community standards.

Each Teen Travel group is led by a Division Head, ensuring consistent oversight and quality experience both at camp and on the road. Our staff are specially trained to supervise and support our teens, addressing the unique needs of early adolescence.
