Summer camp for 7th-8th & 9th graders 13-14-15 year olds near Cedar Grove

Tamarack Day Camp’s Teen Travel Program is designed for 7th to 9th graders from Cedar Grove, NJ, and surrounding areas. This program offers a blend of camp activities and exciting day trips, providing teens with the chance to engage in both structured group schedules and independent adventures. Camp days include activities like swimming, ropes courses, and a variety of athletic and creative pursuits, all led by our experienced counselors. When teens participate in the Tamarack Day Camp Teen Travel Program, their safety is our top priority. All Teen Travel participants and their parents are required to sign a Teen Travel Behavior Contract to ensure clear expectations. Each program is led by a Division Head who supervises both camp activities and off-site travel, ensuring consistency and safety. Our Teen Staff members are specially trained to manage campers in public settings, guiding them through the unique challenges of early adolescence while fostering responsibility and independence.
