Tamarack Day Camp, situated near Mendham, offers a distinguished Learn to Swim Program that is a major attraction for children aged 10-12. The program takes place in our state-of-the-art aquatic facility, featuring eight 25-meter lanes, providing ample space for learning and improvement.
Each morning, our senior campers engage in 40-minute swim lessons led by certified instructors who are complemented by group counselors to ensure a focused and supportive environment. These sessions are tailored to challenge each swimmer at their own level, using techniques and standards drawn from the American Red Cross and enriched by over 25 years of instructional experience.
In the afternoon, the pool reopens for Free Swim sessions, giving seniors a chance to practice their skills and enjoy unstructured time in the water. This blend of structured learning and free exploration contributes to a rewarding swim experience that both children and their parents appreciate.
Ropes Courses
